Show Notes

What is the most fearful and greatest enemy in the life of faith? It is none other than the thoughts of the flesh of you and me. The thoughts of our flesh keep rising up, and they continue until this body is transformed and clothed with a new body. If we follow the thoughts of the flesh and are led by them, we cannot think spiritual thoughts and so cannot live by faith. Then, even while knowing and believing in Jesus, we become those who oppose Him, and our faith dies. We turn our backs on Jesus. We end up like Judas Iscariot, who was one of Jesus’ twelve disciples and yet betrayed Jesus.
